Its going to take some setup to get in with it for 2 cards (One on cast, one on hit), and after that its unlikely that it will continue to have targets

The reason for that was Hurloon Minotaurs have tattoos on their faces, and it was believed that was too big of an ask to have every artist who drew Tahngarth have to draw the tattoo, so we changed it to a different race of Minotaurs
